- How fast can I realistically get keys?
- It depends on the community’s availability and screening timeline, which we confirm before you apply. Vacant, move-in-ready units in San Antonio can often go from application to keys inside a week; units under make-ready take longer. We tell you which is which up front — we never promise a date a property has not confirmed.
- I can only look after work. Does that slow things down?
- No. We do the daytime legwork — calling offices, confirming pricing, collecting floor plans and video — and hand you a short list you can review at 9 PM. Most leasing offices also take evening and Saturday tours; we schedule around your hours, not theirs.
- Will I have to repeat my situation to every property?
